IMPORTANT: Fablan Travels With You provides non-clinical companionship, travel coordination, personal chaperone assistance, and executive travel support. We do not provide medical treatment, licensed nursing, clinical care, or medical diagnosis. We are not a medical service provider.
Clients requiring specialized medical care during transit must coordinate their own clinical assistance or transport. We do not administer medications requiring professional clinical oversight or perform physical restraint procedures.
All consultations are booked via the provided Calendly scheduler. Bookings are confirmed only after consultation and after a signed travel service agreement is completed between Fablan Travels With You and the client or their designated representative.
Unless explicitly written in the service agreement, the client is responsible for booking and purchasing all travel tickets, transit fares, hotel accommodations, meals, and baggage fees for both the traveler and the travel companion during the contract period.
Our online shop functions as a product showcase. Payment processing is not managed through this website. To purchase items, you must contact us directly to confirm inventory, shipping costs, and complete payment via manual invoicing or a mutually agreed payment platform.
Service cancellation terms and deposit refund schedules will be outline in the individual Travel Service Agreement signed by both parties prior to travel departure.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the owner of Fablan Travels With You resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
